Land Allocation Policy

The Unified Industrial Land/ Building (allotment and Disposal) Regulations for KINFRA and KSIDC - 2024 of Government of Kerala forms the basis for allotment of land to eligible entrepreneurs in KRL Industrial complex. Land is allotted on leasehold basis.

Unified Land Lease Policy 2024

Terms of Lease

Lease period is up to 90 years for investments of Rs.100 Crore and above.
Lease period is up to 60 years for investments below Rs.100 Crore.

Payment Terms

Allottee has the option to remit the lease premium as full down payment or via instalment scheme.

Full down payment:
- 10% of the lease premium to be remitted within 30 days.
- Balance 90% as down payment within 90 days from the date of “letter of intimation”.
Instalment scheme:
