Kerala Rubber Limited (KRL), established in 2019 by the Government of Kerala and started its functioning in 2021, is currently a fully owned state government enterprise committed to advancing Kerala’s position as India’s rubber capital. The organisation focuses on promoting value addition, and ensuring market access across the rubber value chain. The enterprise envisions Kerala as a leader in natural rubber based products by providing good quality infrastructure and fostering innovation. KRL brings together infrastructure development, research support, incubation facilities, and testing centre under one platform through its integrated Industrial Complex. By connecting farmers, MSMEs, industries, and research institutions, the organisation aims to foster innovation, sustainability, and global competitiveness. With its government-backed mandate, KRL envisions transforming Kerala from a raw material supplier into a global hub for high-quality, value-added rubber products, building sustainable and inclusive rubber economy.
